Since the majority of our products are handmade, please note that the products may differ slightly from pictures show on the website. Additionally, due to the products being handmade, the colour and weight may vary. Due to the nature of the colorants used in soap products, colours may “bleed” or migrate. And, due to the nature of the colorants used in bath bombs (batch certified lakes), colours may fade and though unlikely, may temporarily stain certain surfaces. In the unlikely event that this occurs, most household cleaners will be able to remove them.

In the rare event that you have received a defective item, please send us an email at sales@beecleanboutique.com stating the defect with a photo attached to the email. We will review each request as a unique case and take the appropriate action. 

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we strive to make our products as perfect as can be.

Custom orders can be labor intensive and finished custom products cannot be resold, therefore are final sale.
